Cancellation Policy
Our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. At time of booking, we will charge $25 to book your appointment and the remainder can be paid in cash or credit card after service.
Due to the timing, cost of preparation, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following consideration when booking and canceling an appointment.
We kindly ask you to provide us with at least 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 6 hours before appointment are subject to refund by management.
No-shows will NOT be refunded the $25 booking fee.
By booking an appointment at Skincare by Meda, you agree to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
